In November, I travelled to Morocco to check on your trees there, and took that opportunity to film the 21st tree update! I’m joined by Said, who manages some of our tree-planting work in Morocco.
But this episode features another special guest: Saydou from Burkina Faso. The security situation around our planting projects in the Sahel have worsened, so I call him to find out how his team is doing. I also ask him what the heightened tension in northern Burkina Faso means for our reforestation project there.
In this episode I also keep you in the loop with regards to the six million mangrove trees we’re planting in Madagascar, the three million trees we’re planting in Brazil, and the work we’re doing with farmers in Spain.
Is there something you’d like me to cover in the next tree update? Let me know in the comments.
