Pushing fossil fuels out of the grid
In a joint venture with the green energy pioneer Naturstrom AG, we own and operate a 13MWp ground-mounted solar system close to Rottenbach, Germany. The main goal is to crowd out fossil energy from the grid and reduce our reliance on big polluters. But it is not just miles of solar panels - we brought in a permaculture expert to set up hedges, a small pond, and stone piles, which offer habitats to a large variety of species and support the ecosystem of the park.
