Terms and Conditions: Ecosia x Anthony Burrill t-shirt giveaway

1. Entry period: The giveaway begins at 17:30 on 24/04/2024 and ends at 23:59 on 01/05/2024. All entries must be submitted before the end of the entry period.
   
   
2. How to enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:
   1. Follow @Ecosia on Instagram
   2. Leave a comment on the giveaway announcement post tagging the accounts of 3 friends
   3. Install the Ecosia browser on desktop or phone
   4. Optional: like the giveaway announcement post
      
      
3. Prize: The prize is an exclusive Ecosia t-shirt designed by Anthony Burrill. A total of 10 t-shirts will be given away (1 per winner). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The available t-shirt designs are “I Choose Ecosia”, “Time for the Planet”, and “Choose our Planet”. The winners will be able to pick the t-shirt design and the size of their t-shirt, from S to XL. This is subject to availability.
   
   
4. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above who reside in Europe.
   
   
5. Winner selection: A pool of eligible entries will be randomly selected from the comments that follow the rules described above. The users whose entries are randomly selected will receive a direct message from Ecosia on Instagram asking them to provide proof of installation of the Ecosia browser within 5 weekdays of winner selection. If their entry is valid, they will be selected and announced as the winner. If it’s invalid, another entry will be selected and go through the same process. The winners will be notified via direct message by Ecosia and must respond within 3 days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
   
   
6. Personal data: Ecosia will request the winners’ first and last names, addresses, and emails to send the prizes. This information will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted as soon as it’s no longer needed.
   
   
7. Prize shipment: The prizes will be shipped by Ecosia within a max. of 20 days after receiving the necessary information from the winners (see point 6).
   
   
8. Verification: The potential winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, such as age verification and residency, before receiving the prize.
   
   
9. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, participants grant permission for their Instagram usernames and any submitted content to be used for promotional purposes by Ecosia and Anthony Burrill.
   
   
10. This giveaway is not associated with or sponsored by Instagram.
